You’ve been planning your wedding for months, don’t rush through the moments that create the story of your day.
Our concierge-style services are designed with your experience in mind - the way you feel the morning of your wedding informs the way you feel the rest of your day. Fostering meaningful connections with each couple allows us to capture the most true representation of you and your unique beauty, as well as offer support and levity through potentially overwhelming moments.
For larger parties (7+ services), one or more Associate Artists will be required. For an expedited timeline, early start, or combination of the two, the option of Additional Artists is available upon request even if you have a smaller party. Each Associate Artist is licensed and experienced in working with all races, all ages, and all genders.
Concierge services are designed to ensure you are able to focus on your love story.
After your initial hair and makeup services, we’ll be there for any quick refreshes before and after the ceremony and reception, second (or third, or fourth…) looks, as well as dress fluffing, umbrella holding, and more to ensure you continue to you look flawless as your photographer captures the most anticipated moments of your celebration.
For events that require two or less hours of ground travel, the commute is complementary. If your event requires three or more hours of ground travel, it is considered a destination event and additional travel costs may apply.
Overnight accommodations are required the night prior to your services for locations two or more hours away from Amy’s studio in Louisville so that we are able to arrive on time and ready to do our best work.
We are very comfortable traveling domestically and internationally for weddings and special events! Any locations that require three or more hours of ground transportation are considered to be destinations.
When you inquire, we’ll ask you to schedule your Discovery Call with Amy to go over details and options. Based on your Discovery Call, we will will present you with a customized proposal of a few different options.
After selecting the option that is the best fit for you and your wedding, we will send your contract with a link to pay our 50% retainer.
Once our office has received both a signed contract and retainer, you’re in the books! We’ll be in touch with your other vendors to ensure your day runs smoothly, and offer guides on best practices leading up to your wedding to look like your most well rested, hydrated, radiant self.
